TPA Advisors are some of the most talented and experienced drivers, racers, coaches and technicians in the motorsport industry.

Advisors must pass a rigorous multi-phase screening process to prove they have what it takes – and what it takes is a blend of many variables; technical skills, thought leadership, personality and charisma, and deep-seeded desire to help our members grow their capabilities. Our screening process validates all certifications and accreditations from driving schools and/or racing organizations, reference checks as well as interviews in order for us to ensure that we have the best possible talent available.

While some Advisors are full-time employees of TPA, not all are. Many of our Advisors are people who want to give back to the motorsport community that they have been able to enjoy, meet new people that are interested in the sport and provide expert assistance, while still maintaining their "day jobs".
